ABOUT NICK

Nick Heap wants to help create the better world we all hope for. He is a facilitator of development and change. Much of his work focuses on helping people in organisations listen to each other. Nick has also worked as a counsellor for couples. Nick likes to support and challenge people so that they grow. He has published articles about his tools and approaches on his website.

Nick’s work is influenced by an approach called “Appreciative Inquiry.” Appreciative Inquiry is about a search for the best in people. Nick sees this approach as an easy, powerful and positive way to enable change, looking at what works and building from this.

ABOUT THE yOU CAN HUB

Creating change for yourself or the world around you (or both!) requires tenacity and guts that we often attribute to others. It can burn us out in the long run.

The You Can Hub gives you the tools, environment and community so that you can:

– Connect with yourself and your courage

– Create the change you want to see in your own life and in the world around you

All without defaulting to “grinning and bearing it” through the tough spots, or giving all that you’ve got leaving you nothing for yourself.

We can’t change the world around us if we’re burning out.

The You Can Hub is a community interest company – a special type of company that exists to pursue a social purpose rather than to make a profit for shareholders or founders.

We are a limited company that is a hybrid between a charity and a profit-making company. As a not-for-profit, we invest our profits in our work, committing to use our profits and assets for the public good.

This is just a spacer at the end of the page. It shows three yellow shiny stars that I drew

All profits will go to You Can Hub, a not-for-profit committed to making change more affordable and more accessible.
