Sessions are audio only, so you can be in your PJs, your lounge, your garden shed – wherever is comfortable for you. I just ask that you are a place where you can speak freely and won’t be interrupted.
After the session you’ll get some suggested activities to work through on your own.
Combining our session and the activities afterward, you’ll gain insights into yourself and how you can take a few key steps towards the life you want to create for yourself.
I tend to only recommend this option with people who have already worked with me in a six month or twelve month programme. This is because it can be difficult to make the changes you want to see after just one session. The programmes are designed to help you work through any of the obstacles you come up against to build your resilience, and make meaningful, long-lasting change.
