I help thoughtful, creative* people redesign their life and work so they feel more like themselves again.

Sometimes that means navigating a crossroads or shift. Sometimes it’s about clearing the fog, getting unstuck, or finding the next right step.

I bring deep listening, gentle structure, and creative tools to help you reflect, realign, and move forward — in ways that feel grounded, spacious, and true to you.

*That ‘creative’ has a small ‘c’ on purpose.

You don’t need to be an artist or designer. You don’t have to able to draw.
Maybe you craft or make things.
Maybe you think in unexpected ways, solve tricky problems, or connect ideas others don’t see.
You’re creative in everyday ways — even if you’ve never called yourself that.

This is a no-pressure 30-minute call — a calm, open space to:

  • Talk through what’s been on your mind, and what you’re thinking.
  • Ask questions about how I work.
  • See if I can help you, and if you feel like we’re a good fit.

I bring questions, curiosity, and care. You bring yourself — exactly as you are. There’s nothing to prepare and no pressure to commit.

This is for you if:

  • You’re in a moment of transition — in life, work, or both.
  • You want how you spend your days and weeks to feel more aligned with who you are and what you want.
  • You’re ready for reflection and meaningful change, but could use support figuring out the how

It’s probably not the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix, or one-size-fits-all answers.
  • You’re currently in crisis or acute overwhelm and need specialist support first. (Once you’ve got that, you’ll know when it’s time to come back here).

Then we’ll talk — by phone or video, your choice.

You’ll leave the call with more clarity, calm, or direction — even if we don’t work together.
