This is a decorative image. If you'd like to know what's shown, here's a description. There are two images side by side. On the left, magazine pages and yoga mats on the floor with people looking through the magazine pages. On the right, stacked blankets and candles with someone's feet sat cross legged, wearing socks. Text over the top reads 'New Year Intentions" with the words underneath vision board + yoga evening retreat. Date and time are in the text that follows, so you can find those there.

WANT TO KNOW MORE? WE GOT YOU.

    HERE’S THE “WHAT”.

    🫢🏻 SLOW DOWN WITH US.

Join us at the bound bookshop in Whitley Bay for a cosy evening of yoga and simple crafting to restore you after the busy holidays. You can join us in person at our yoga space above the bookshop, or join the livestream from the comfort of your own home.

This experience isn’t about battling to see New Year’s resolutions through or making endless to do lists! It’s a chance to slow down and have fun with others, creating a sense of what you want this next year to look and feel like. Together we’ll explore the question: What do you want to invite into your life in 2025 and beyond?

In our restorative yoga session, we’ll work with body and mind to prepare for some creative dreaming for the year ahead.

You’ll also make a positive, powerful image to take away with you – your vision board. This works as an anchor to keep you focused through the rest of the year.

    πŸͺ„ ENJOY Vision board magic.

Never done a vision board before? If you’ve never done a vision board before, we’ve got you.

Already got a vision board? If you’re still working with a vision board you already have, that’s ok. You can pick one specific aspect of your life and work and make a separate vision board for that. Or if you have a business, you can make a specific vision board for that – the specific growth you want to see, or the kinds of customers you want to work with, it’s up to you! And we’ll be there to help you choose, if you’re not sure.

WANT TO KNOW EVEN MORE? OK THEN!

AND A BIT ABOUT YOUR HOSTS, HANNAH AND LOU.

    YOGA BY HANNAH.

    at the bound on Fridays.

She has trained with Jambo Truong, a multi-disciplinary yoga teacher trainer. Jambo is also a Forrest Yoga Guardian.

Forrest yoga was created by Ana Forrest. It combines work on breath, integrity, strength and spirit and every session begins with an intent. Like Jambo, Hannah’s yoga practice is Forrest-inspired.

    VISION BOARDING BY LOU.

Lou helps people to find clarity on what they want in life
so that they can take action to make it happen.

She has been helping people find clarity on their life and work for over ten years. Vision boards are just one of the tools she uses.

Lou loves working with people who want to get clear on their values and aims in life. Her superpower is gently holding space for others.

She’s also practiced yoga for over 20 years, and discovered Forrest yoga after 15 of them. She is figuring life out as she goes and writes about it at Figure It Out on substack.
