You might be curious about working together, but not sure what you need yet. Maybe you’ve had a look at some of my services and you’re intrigued, but you’re not sure which one is the right fit.

These are perfect situations for booking a discovery call with me, Lou.

LET’S CHAT!

wHAT’S A DISCOVERY CALL?

A discovery call is a relaxed conversation, usually around 30-40 minutes.

It’s a chance for us to explore what you’re looking for in your life and work, what’s feeling stuck or ready to shift, and what kind of support could help.

There’s no pressure to sign up to anything – it’s not a sales call.

Sometimes, people leave the call with a clear next step; other times, it’s simply useful to talk things through.

Either way, my main focus is on listening to you and getting a sense of what I think you need.

If it feels like we might work well together, I’ll share more about how I can help. And if not, I might suggest something else that could support you.

A discovery call can be an opportunity, an exploration, or an enquiry. And sometimes, a bit of all three.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

  • A calm open space to talk about where you are and where you’d like to be.
  • A chance to ask me any questions about my work, approach, or offers.
  • Clarity on whether working together feels like the right next step.

👣 What happens next.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll get an email confirmation and you should be able to add it to your calendar.

You don’t need to prepare for the call, or have a clear idea of what you need help with. I’m here to help with that.

You might like to make a few notes on where you’re at, to bring to the call. This can be things like:

  • I’m not sure what the problem is to be honest.
  • I’m in a bit of a funk.
  • I’m trying to work out my next steps and I don’t know what to do.
  • I’m in the middle of trying to make changes in my life but I feel stuck.
  • I’ve kind of reached a crossroads… I need change to happen.
  • I’ve tried a bunch of stuff, but I never seem to get anywhere.

You could also write two lists. One headed ‘Where I’m at.’ And another headed ‘Where I’d like to get to.’

You might also like to jot down some questions you’d like to ask me.

👣 What TO BRING.

A notebook and a pen, if you like to jot things down.

A comfy seat and your favourite cuppa.

I’ll see you on the call!

LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR CHAT 🙂
