MY WORK

For the past twenty years, I’ve been fascinated with change and transitions, and their effect on us humans – a fascination that started when I studied for my degree in Psychology.

Since completing my degree, I’ve worked with people in teams and organisations to help them get clarity and act on it. I work with organisations that are ready for change. I specialise in the health and social care sector, and the third sector. This includes charities working in this sector such as Mind, the mental health charity. Over the course of my career I have worked with or at national charities, regional charities, and small grassroots organisations.

In this portfolio of my work, you’ll get a glimpse of the kinds of projects I work on, the tools and frameworks I use, and the outcomes I’ve achieved with my team. I work best in a coaching role, supporting others to develop their capabilities with design frameworks whilst they’re delivering project work.
