I’ve built a reputation as a catalyst for change; perhaps that sounds quite grand. It’s not a phrase I came up with myself: it’s a phrase one of my clients said about me:

Where did this ability come from? For the past twenty years, I’ve been fascinated with change and transitions and their effect on us humans. This fascination started when I studied for my degree in Psychology. Since then, I’ve worked with people who want to change things – in their own life, in their work, or in their organisation (and, sometimes, all three!).
Along the way I’ve collected, curated, adapted and invented a whole toolkit. All of the tools in the kit are focused on making changes in your business that better serve the customers you love to work with and help you to shape your offer around you.
I’ve tested these tools and created a business – this business – that I’m proud of. One that genuinely helps others, and plays to my strengths.

In each call you won’t just get support to set goals and accountability to make those goals happen. You’ll also get bespoke help through the activities that I hand-pick for your unique situation.

You will follow short exercises designed to focus you on a specific aspect of yourself, your business offer, or your customers. Each activity that you get is hand picked for your business and your situation.
We start with activities that give us a good sense of where you are and where you want to get to. You will get a set of instructions by email or in a pdf slide deck. This might be Bad Day / Good Day to help us get more clarity on how you actually want to be spending your time.
I will also recommend online assessments to help us get a greater understanding of your strengths and approaches. We can use what we learn from these to refine exactly what you want to bring to your business. Some of these assessments are free, and some have an additional cost.
I also have a toolkit of the kinds of tools your favourite brands use every day to understand their customers better and refine their offers based on what they learn. Tools like empathy maps and customer mindsets bring together what you already know about your customers but have never captured in one place before.

My unique approach to coaching is centred around who I am and my own strengths. I’m such a visual person. In Design for Business you don’t just get what you say repeated back to you in the moment to help you refine it. I take what we discuss on each call and distill it into a visual guide.
You are unique. Your business is unique. And so is this guide.
From the very beginning, I wanted to create an offer that develops people’s capabilities and awareness. What you learn should last way beyond our time together. So the guide is designed to be helpful to you from the moment you receive it through to the end of the programme and beyond. I like to think of business as a dance. Just how dance partners respond and react to each other, the same happens between a business and its customers.
