PLAN APRIL TO JUNE 2025 WITH US (PART ONE).

Let me walk you through a seasonal approach to planning the next quarter. I’m teaming up with Jack Muir, facilitator at FLOWN.

Using a mix of reflective prompts, guided exercises and visualisation, map out your next 90 days from April 1st! Jack and Lou will help you set a clear direction and craft a realistic plan that’s aligned with your energy and bigger purpose. We’ll clear your slate, take a reality check, connect with the bigger picture, and set your priority for Q2. All with the season in mind.

This is part one – set your priority. It is designed to be followed by Part Two, turn your priority into a map on April 4th.

HOW TO NAVIGATE TENSION WHEN LEADING GROUP WORK.

Let me introduce you to Ruth Adams. Together we’ll develop greater resilience to tension when it shows up in the groups you’re leading. Understand your own response to tension and create your own toolkit to help you navigate it. Learn an approach and tools to turn tension and conflict into an opportunity for change and growth.
